Terms of Service

I am paid half after a draft is provided.
The rest of the payment is after completion, failure to comply with be a full blacklist.

General
---_{ᯓ★ I work Monday-Friday}_{ᯓ★ I can say no to a commission for any reason.}_{ᯓ★ I allow NSFW comms through PAYPAL ONLY. And that you're an adult.}_{ᯓ★ There are no refunds after progress is created. Such as Payment after drafts, or full payment.}_{ᯓ★ All commissions will carry a watermark that cannot be removed (but will not obscure the artwork at best).}_{ᯓ★ First 3 adjustments are free, any heavy adjustments afterwards can cost from $5-30 USD}---
USER OVERVIEW_{ᯓ★ Commissioners are requested to link public profiles, will be looked through, DNI if you support the following:}_{* Dead Dove Content (incest/non-consensual content)

Due Dates
---_{ᯓ★ It can take from 1 week to 2 months for me to complete a commission due to my busy schedule. I will always provide updates when asked.}_{ᯓ★ If I take longer then the agreed delivery time, please contact me and we can discuss. This can be due most often to personal events.}_{ᯓ★ DUE DATE FEES can range from $15-80 USD depending on complexity and 1-2 week due dates}---
Intellectual Rights_{ᯓ★ All art is considered personal use unless a commercial Fee is paid. (50% of the paid price)}_{ᯓ★ Commission art cannot be Resold. All credit is due to me as the artist any where it is posed, and linked to my social or site @}_{ᯓ★ Commissioners cannot pass off artwork as their own work or be used in AI, nor NFTs.}
